Terms & Conditions:

1.  Your Ad Banner:
1.1    The agreement can be made by the use of our Submittable Form or
       over our 24-hrs international phone line: +447919620454.
1.2    Upon receipt of payment, we will send out your VAT invoice that you
       can use to claim the VAT you will have paid back from your local tax office.


2.  Methods you can pay with:
2.1    You can make your payment by Bank Transfer, PayPal or Western Union Money Transfer.
       Just submit your advert request and we will provide you the availability of our banners.

2.2    We need to underline that any transaction fee your bank or local money transfer office applies for
       transferring the funds must be paid by the payer and not by us.
       The agreed amount must reach us without any deductions.

2.3    Also, for any advert renewal, you have to make sure your payment for the next cycle reaches
       us before your current ad session runs out, so that it can be continued without any time off.

2.4    We reserve the right to refuse an ad and its payment if, at our sole discretion,
       it doesn’t meet our quality standards.

2.5    All ads will be directly linked to your web site, unless you request us not to do this.

2.6    You will need to provide us with your ad text, picture/-s and the web site you want your ad to be linked to.
       If you don’t have any such information available, we can always design professional adverts for you
       at a very low cost.

2.7    Minimum invoice is at €40 excluding VAT.

3.  OUR PROMISE FOR HIGH VISIBILITY:
In case our stats fall down in more than 20% based on the average of the last 60 days
and it lasts for at least 30 days, we will extend your ad for an additional 1/3 in length of time.
An example: Over the last 60 days we had an average of 35,000 visits. You start your ad on 1st of the month
and it is for 30 days. If at the end of this month our statistical rates show a fall more than 20%, namely,
less than 28,000 visits, then, we will automatically extend your ad by 1/3 of the time you have paid within that month.
In fact that means that you’ll get double compensation, in extension of your ad).
In case, however, it increases by any amount (%), we WILL NOT increase your charge or in any way
reduce the already agreed length of time of your advert.
